About:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing Medical Tourism team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and travel, with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of medical tourism concepts and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and additional languages (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
Experience:
Client Acquisition:
Actively seek and engage with potential clients through various channels (e.g., online, phone, in-person)
Identify and qualify leads based on their medical needs and budget
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
Consultation and Counseling:
Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding medical treatments, procedures, and destination options
Address client inquiries and concerns effectively and professionally
Offer personalized recommendations based on individual needs and preferences
Package Creation and Pricing:
Develop customized travel packages that include medical treatments, accommodations, transportation, and additional services
Negotiate competitive pricing with healthcare providers and partners
Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients
Sales and Closing:
Present compelling sales pitches to convert leads into confirmed bookings
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Post-Sales Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their medical tourism journey
Assist with visa applications, travel arrangements, and other logistical matters
Address any post-treatment concerns or questions
